Step 2

Put your non-refundable 50% deposit down. The remaining 50% will be due one month before your check in date.

FAQ

How many people can I have at my wedding?

Our property is designed for gatherings of up to 40 guests. With lodging for 20 overnight and space for 20 more day visitors, our facilities—including restrooms and shared amenities—are thoughtfully built for this capacity.

Can we use the amenities during our stay?

Yes, you can!

What time can we play music until?

Quiet hours begin at 11pm and kindly ask that day guests depart by midnight.

What will I need to bring?

We provide all the essentials—bedding, towels (including pool towels), body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryers, plus coffee, tea, and a fully stocked kitchen for cooking and serving. You’ll just need to bring your own food, beverages, and any personal touches or décor for your event. For anything else, feel free to reach out at hi@seranatx.com

What if it rains?

Rain just makes things cozier. Our communal lodge can host up to 40 guests, with tables and seating for 20 already provided. You are welcome to bring any additional rentals as needed. 

What do you not provide?

We don’t provide extra rentals such as tables, chairs, linens, cutlery, plates, or speakers. Food, servers, and additional cleaning staff are also the responsibility of the wedding party. In addition, all “back-of-house” elements—like flowers, décor, event coordination, and photography—will need to be arranged directly by you. Please note that we do not provide wedding-day services or staffing.

What will you provide?

We provide all of the on-site spaces and amenities that make Serana special—from our cabins and wellness areas to the communal lodge and grounds. Before booking, you’re invited to come walk the property, soak in the setting, and see how it can bring your micro-wedding vision to life.

Can I tour your property before booking?

Yes! We’d love for you to see the property in person. Please reach out to us at hi@seranatx.com to coordinate a visit.

Can we bring animals? What about service animals?

For the comfort of all guests and to protect our natural landscape, we don’t allow animals on the property, including service animals. We appreciate your understanding.

Can I use your property only during the day?

Our venue is designed as an overnight retreat, so we have a two-night minimum for all bookings.
