As part of our spa building we have a cedar cold plunge that can be used as contrast therapy with the sauna. Included in full property rentals but must be booked separately for individual stays.
Our 1000 sq ft gym is outfitted with Rogue equipment which includes a squat rack, dumbbells, kettlebells, stationary and assault bikes. There is also ample open space for yoga, BJJ, or other movement classes
Our outdoor gym is equipped with kettlebells and a squat rack for those who prefer to get a sweat in ourside.
All of our amenities were designed with events in mind. Our property is set up in such a way that guests have a perfect mix of private spaces with communal areas.
We have an 800 sf yoga deck that sits between two towering Live Oaks. It's the perfect place to host a sound bath or yoga class.
